On February 4, 2009, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam has issued a Circular No. 22/2009/TT-BTC (which become effective as of March 21, 2009) providing new regulations on applied rate, incomings, payment, management and use of Industrial Property Fees and Charges. This Circular will replace the current Circular No. 132/2004/TT-BTC dated 30 December 2004 on the same subject.
As a result, there are some changes and minor increase regarding official fees for IP services in Vietnam. We are now working on it and will provide our Clients with our new Schedule of Charge which reflects the changes and increase of official fee in due course. Please note that our professional charges will remain unchanged.
