Experience After seven years working for the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, Ms. Thuy founded D&N International in 1992 taking opportunity offered by the Government’s open-door policy.

Ms. Thuy was admitted as a registered Patent and Trademark Attorney in 1992. Over 30 years of practice, Ms. Thuy has been one of the most distinguished experts with expertise in a wide range of intellectual property including patent, design, trademark and copyright in Vietnam, Lao, Cambodia. Her practice emphasizes patent prosecution and counseling in the fields of in chemical and biochemical engineering as well as all aspects of intellectual property law including enforcement and litigation.

Ms. Thuy is a frequent contributor to INTA’s Annual Review of Developments in Trademark Law & Practice representing Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia and IP Managing publications. She is fluent in English and Russian.
