      1. Online investigation

• • • Collecting and analyzing all information essentially found from searches of public records and other available open source databases, including but not limited to, full name, residential address, telephone number, email (in case of individual), or legal status, legal representative, size, stage of development, ownership (in case of entity), as well as other relevant information;
    • Where necessary, using DNI’s confidential contacts with competent authorities in the relevant areas to obtain the confidential information about the adverse parties; and
    • Finalizing the investigation report based on the collected information and documents.

      2. On-site investigation

As per the client’s need in obtaining further information besides these obtained in online investigation, such as actual location and business, scale of infringing acts in practice, etc., DNI will make on-site checks of the Target for:
